When balancing your microbiome with Amare products, it is not uncommon to experience some side effects.
Amare’s supplements are not benign, which means that people do indeed have side effects from them. These are the ones that cause the most common side effects.
Quick Tips for Common Amare Side Effects
- All gastrointestinal problems lead to digestive.
- Use caution and bodily awareness with Ignite.
- Use caution with how much caffeine that you are taking in with Energy+.
- If you are already overly relaxed at baseline, kids’ Mood+ and Sleep+ may lead to grogginess.
Sleep+ Side Effects
This is going to sound like a shock, but Sleep+ tends to make people sleepy.
How to Mitigate Side Effects from Sleep+
To mitigate this side effect, be sure that you are taking it at night when you’re ready for bed and when you won’t be operating heavy machinery, driving a car, etc. Take Sleep+ at night because its purpose is to make you tired. Allow that to happen!
Mood+ & Kids Mood+ Side Effects
I find that in adults it typically takes two, sometimes three doses, to get the desired effect. In children, it tends to make them feel calmer.
Kids Mood+ can cause some sedation at the opposite end of the spectrum.
How to Mitigate Side Effects from Kids Mood+
If you are in a situation where your child’s on their second dose (or more)for the day, you may want to use some caution if you know that they’re going into some sort of test environment, sporting environment where they really need to have focus.
Energy+ Side Effects
The original Energy plus (Matcha Pomegranate Lime) has caffeine in it. If you combining it with other sources of caffeine, like coffee, jitteryness, anxiousness, racing, heartbeat, heart palpitations, all of those things, can happen.
How to Mitigate the Side Effects from Energy+
To mitigate this risk, don’t exceed the daily dose, which is three of the Energy+ packs in one day.
You also want to ensure that your total caffeine intake from all different sources is absolutely no more than 400 milligrams a day. That is arguably, a very, very high dose of caffeine, according the FDA.
Energy+ packs contain 55 milligrams of caffeine. If you drink a few of these, a cup of coffee, and a cup of tea, you’re ratcheting your caffeine levels up really high. You want to be sure that you are not raising your blood pressure or causing heart palpitations, etc. by not exceeding the recommended amount.
GBX Fit Side Effects
GBX Fit tends to cause some constipation.
How to Mitigate Side Effects from GBX Fit
When you are experiencing any kind of constipation, remember all gastrointestinal side effects lead to Amare’s Digestive.
How to Use Digestive for GBX Fit Side Effects
If somebody says, I’m constipated because of GBX Fit, give them Digestive. Have them take the supplement 2-3 times per day.
Edge Side Effects
Edge can cause heartburn and headache in some people.
How to Mitigate Edge Side Effects
If you’re having heartburn, all Digestive issues lead to Digestive. If you’re having a headache, you may want to lower your dose or take it alongside Relief+.
Kids FundaMentals & MentaBiotics
Kids FundaMentals & MentaBiotics contain the exact same strains of probiotics that can cause gas and bloating.
Sometimes when you first start these two supplements, they can cause severe loss.
How to Mitigate Side Effects of Kids FundaMentals & MentaBiotics
If you’re experiencing gas and bloating from Kids FundaMentals & MentaBiotics, take them alongside Digestive.
If you give it time, your body will get used to the supplements, your hair will improve, and it will potentially be better than it was when you first began.
MentaSync Side Effects
MentaSync can cause nausea. When I took this supplement the first time, I vomited. It’s not uncommon!
How to Mitigate Side Effects From MentaSync
If you have this side effect, be sure to take it with food and alongside Digestive.
Ignite Side Effects
I have heard amazing, wonderful, exceptional stories about Ignite all the way to “I feel like it threw me into a full on menopause.” I’ve also heard people say it causes amenorrhea.
It does take time to adjust to this supplement, so be gentle with yourself.
How to Mitigate Side Effects from Ignite
If you are experiencing hot flashes, night sweats, etc., consider pressing pause on Ignite. If you are experiencing amenorrhea or lack of a period, consider stopping Ignite.
However, in theory, the symptoms will get better over time.
But if you’re a woman of reproductive age and you’re not having your period, that’s a scary situation to be in. Use some caution. Monitor your body. Know when to pull back. Know when to slow down on the Ignite supplements.
