Let’s Love on Our Customers!

Take some time today to make some care calls. Call your customers to check in. Ask them how they’re doing, what products they’re loving, what products they have questions about. Ask them if they know about the shipping program. Ask about what’s happening in their life. These again are called care calls. To show you care, you want to help them, and you are here for them.

If you have a big team, maybe break this up over the week. Call a few each day. You can even note this on your calendar, every Friday call X amount of customers to check in on them. This is your business so set it up with what works best for you.
